1. Introduction

Terms and Conditions Web Dragons UK: (“Agreement”) establish a contractual understanding between Web Dragons UK, hereinafter denoted as “us,” “we,” or “our,” and you, the Client, hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your.” This Agreement outlines the ‘Conditions of Service,’ governing our web design and development services, along with any other associated offerings. By engaging with our services, you expressly agree to abide by the stipulations and obligations set forth in this contractual arrangement

2. Services

Web Dragons UK agrees to provide the following services to you:

• • Web design and development.

• • Graphic design.

• • Digital marketing services.

• • Any additional services as agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment

You agree to pay Web Dragons UK the fees as outlined in the project proposal or as otherwise agreed upon. Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be specified in the project proposal.

At Web Dragon, we’ve implemented a flexible and customer-friendly payment system. We kindly request an initial 50% payment upfront, to initiate the service, and the remaining 50% upon successful completion. In the event of a late payment, we apply a £15 fee for each month the payment remains overdue, which not only encourages timely payments but also helps maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.

4. Timelines

We will provide you with estimated project timelines. These timelines are based on the scope of the project and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, client delays, or scope modifications.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback required to complete the project. Delays in providing information or feedback may result in project delays.

6. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the final website, design, or other deliverables. Until full payment is received, Web Dragons UK retains ownership and all rights to the materials created during the project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or confidential information shared during the project confidential.

8. Changes and Revisions

You may request changes or revisions within the scope of the project. Changes that significantly alter the scope may result in additional fees.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In such a case, you agree to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve it through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal remedies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Web Dragons UK will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the services provided.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
